Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
NICU ward has 2 beds and using medical facilities and equipment (Pulse Oximeter, Apnea Alarm, Infant Ventilator, etc) accepts premature babies and those with Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) and etc.
Newborns that need intensive medical care are often admitted to this ward. Advanced equipment and specialized medical staff have provided special care for these babies. Oxygen Therapy, Monitoring and Blood change and Infusion are presented in this ward.
Babies who were born 37 weeks of age or with low birth weight, some twins or multiples, and babies with physical complications such as hearth problems, infections and birth defects are admitted to NICU ward. The ward manager is Dr. Zia Islami and Mrs. Soraya Hosseini is nurse manager
